$6,500 (For a group of up to 6 people, Trophy Fees Additional)

Customized, all-inclusive hunting package. Ideal for small corporate teams, groups of friends, or family getaways, our ranch provides exclusive access to the ranch and accommodations. (subject to availability).

Includes:

  • 2 nights lodging (check-in 11am day 1, check-out 11am day 3)

  • Exclusive access to the entire ranch and lodgings

  • A total of up to 4 guided hunts for the whole group per day, 2 morning, 2 evening

Add On Pricing

  • Non-hunting overnight guests - $100 per person

  • Meals can be provided/prepared - breakfast $20 per person per day, lunch $40 per person per day, dinner $50 per person per day

  • Skinning & quartering - $200 per animal (facilities available for self service with own tools at no charge)

  • Night hunt (including hog) with use of thermal/night vision, when available - $500 per person, based on availability

  • Hog hunting may be purchased as an add-on to any other hunting package - $300, package fees do not apply towards hog hunts

  • IAH airport pickup (1 vehicle) - $400 round-trip plus 20% gratuity

  • Use of ranch rifles for hunting purposes only - $350 per person per day

  • Shooting sports - $150 per person per day includes use of action pistol range & rifle range - For hunters only; Between sunrise & sunset only; Bring your own weapons & ammo

  • Use of overnight walk-in cooler after departure - $100 per night per animal

  • Animal drop off to local taxidermist - $100 per animal

  • All applicable state & city sales taxes are not included in the listed prices and will be charged

  • We require a non-refundable deposit for all reservations. Deposit will be applied to the final price of the hunt. A minimum of 7-day notice must be given for any cancellations and reschedules. Less than a 7-day cancellation will lose the deposit. All balances must be paid in full prior to departure with cash, Venmo, Zelle, wire, or credit card

Alligator Gar Fishing (Seasonal)

  • $250 per person

  • Includes use of fishing rod, all necessary equipment, and bait

  • Fishing off the dock, nighttime or morning

Important Information 

  • NO children under age 6 allowed on the property.

  • All applicable state & city sales taxes are not included in the listed prices and will be charged.

  •  A Texas hunting license is required prior to arrival.

  • Bring your own guns and bows (charge of $350 per person per day to use ranch rifles & ammo).

  • This is the general price list. Some animals may be offered at a lower price, some exceptional animals may be offered at a higher price. 

  • A wounded animal is charged the same as a kill.

  • Hog processing will not be permitted on ranch game slab, hog storage not permitted in walk-in cooler

  • We require a non-refundable deposit for all reservations. Deposit will be applied to the final price of the hunt. A minimum of 7-day notice must be given for any cancellations and reschedules. Less than a 7-day cancellation will lose the deposit. All balances must be paid in full prior to departure with cash, Venmo, Zelle, wire, or credit card. No payment plans.

  • No alcohol may be brought for day hunts.
