We require a non-refundable deposit for all reservations. Deposit will be applied to the final price of the hunt. A minimum of 7-day notice must be given for any cancellations and reschedules. Less than a 7-day cancellation will lose the deposit. All balances must be paid in full prior to departure with cash, Venmo, Zelle, wire, or credit card
